Attention Parents and Guardians of Returning Students:

Italy ISD is excited to announce that the online registration process for the 2025-2026 school year will be through our existing Ascender Parent Portal! If you already have your Parent Portal account set up, you are all set to login and complete the registration process for each of your students.

Note: ALL returning students must upload proof of residence and a valid picture ID of the parent/guardian enrolling the student(s).
Registration will not be complete until these documents are uploaded into ParentPortal.

Note: To register online, the school must have the same email address that you use for your ParentPortal account. If you do not remember or know your email address that you used for your Parent Portal account please call the Campus Secretaries to get that email. For Stafford Elementary call 972-483-6342 for Jr High or High School call 972-483-7411.

When creating your ParentPortal account, you will need your student's Portal ID so that you can link the student to your account.
If you need to request a Student Portal ID, please contact the campus that the student will be attending: for Stafford Elementary Call Campus Secretary at 972-483-6342 For the JR High or High School Call 972-483-7411

All returning students will be required to upload the following:

· Picture ID of the parent/guardian enrolling the student.

· Proof of residence – Most recent electric bill or lease agreement (address must match Photo ID/Driver’s License).

Registration will not be complete until both documents are uploaded to ParentPortal.

Existing Student:

Go to the Parent Portal Login Screen HERE
Login with the email and password from last year.
From the Summary page, click Registration.

Click Start Registration.
Complete all forms and upload the photo ID of the enrolling parent/guardian as well as a current proof of residency (utility bill).
Click Next Form until you have reviewed and updated all forms and uploaded the two required documents.
Once finished, click Finish and Submit to District.
Print or screenshot the confirmation for your records

FOR PARENT/GUARDIANS THAT DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT……….

Create a New Ascender Parent Portal Account: HERE

From the Login page, click Create Account

Create username and password.
Enter email address and mobile number.
Set up a security question.

Log on.
Verify email address.

New Student/Sibling:

~ENROLL THE STUDENT:

From the My Account page, click Enroll a New Student.
Complete New Student Enrollment.

Enter full name.
Verify the CAPTCHA and submit.
Enter address and contact information.
Enter student information.
Upload required documents.
Complete all enrollment Forms.

If necessary, click Save and Continue Later.
Once complete, click Enroll Student to submit to district.
Print or screenshot the confirmation for your records.

FOR NEW STUDENTS ONLY, YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO COMPLETE ONE ADDITIONAL STEP:

Click on UPDATE TO STUDENT INFORMATION.
Complete and Submit all additional forms and documents.

~ADD THE STUDENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT:

Obtain a Parent Portal ID from the student’s campus.
From the My Account page, click Link an Enrolled Student.
Enter the student’s birth date and Parent Portal ID.
Click Add.

Chrome Book Deployment Fee

All students from 7-12 grades will be assigned their own Chromebook, the chrome book fee is required from all students. The fee schedule is as follows.
1. Students with regular lunch is $30.00
2. Students with Reduced Lunch is $25.00
3. Students with Free Lunch is $15.00
4. All students will be issued a chromebook and charger after paying there fees, any lost chargers will cost $20.00 to replace for each occurrence. Any broken chromebooks due to loaning them to another student or negligence there will be $150.00 Repair fee and Italy ISD will cover the balance. Chromebooks costs have increased and cost $400 per chromebook by the district.
5. You do not have to make payment to complete student registration, you can bring check or cash to the front office for Chromebook fee.
